Very happy with this service. We got a full inspection including the 4point and wind inspection and are more than happy. Inspect & protect really took a lot of time to explain everything, delivered a very detailed report in record time and communication was top notch.

Home inspections start at $325 for condos and homes under 1,200 sq ft and are priced by size. Wind mitigation and 4-point inspections are $150 each. See the full price list on our pricing page.
How long does a home inspection take?
Most inspections take 1 to 2 hours depending on the size and condition of the home. You're welcome to attend.
When will I receive my report?
Reports and photos are delivered the same day as your inspection.
What areas do you serve?
Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. Call for availability elsewhere in Florida.
