Wind Mitigation Inspection in West Palm Beach, FL
We document your home's wind-resistant features on Florida's official OIR-B1-1802 form so your insurer can apply the discounts you qualify for.
Wind Mitigation Inspection for West Palm Beach homes
West Palm Beach has historic neighborhoods, newer condos and everything in between. Historic homes often have older systems that matter to both buyers and insurers.
Florida law requires insurers to offer discounts for wind-resistant construction features, but they can only apply them if the features are documented on the official form. A wind mitigation inspection is how that documentation happens.
We complete the current revision of the OIR-B1-1802 form with supporting photos for every answer. Insurers reject reports on outdated form versions, so we keep up with revisions.
